What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
Our couriers are instructed to leave your package in a safe, shaded area. Because of our specialized insulation, the contents will remain frozen or chilled for up to 12 hours after delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States to maintain the strict temperature controls required for our premium food products.
Can I return a food product if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or your order was damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
How should I defrost my game meat?
For the best flavor and texture, we recommend slow-thawing your meat in the refrigerator for 24 hours. For faster results, you can use a cold water bath while the meat is still in its vacuum-sealed packaging.
