42-Day Dry-Aged Angus Beef T-Bone MB2-3 1kg

This 1kg T-Bone is considered the rockstar of steaks and for good reason. So sweet and buttery, rich and tender. It is an unmissable glamour experience to have at your table and with the combo of the 42-day dry aged process takes it to the next level of flavour and juiciness.

We recommend consuming this product within 3 days.

Due to the dry ageing process, the product may not last well when frozen, so we advise it is not suitable to be frozen.

Inspiration: Bring to room temperature (1 hr before cooking). Preheat the oven to 180°C. Season generously with sea salt and cracked pepper. Preheat your heavy-based frying pan with some vegetable oil, so it's super hot, and sizzles when the meat hits the pan. Cook over high heat for 3 mins on each side and a further 10 minutes in the oven or until your favourite doneness. We recommend a core temperature of 57°C for medium-rare. Finish by adding a large knob of butter, garlic and thyme to baste the meat before resting for 10 mins before carving. Serve with your favourite fries, our Béarnaise Sauce and a simple green salad. Anyone for steak frites!

Provenance: Premium-grade Angus beef, with a marble score of 2 - 3. Completely hormone and chemical free, the cattle are raised on pristine pastures in South Eastern Australia and then finished on a blend of natural grains for approximately 150 days.
