The sheep bung is a natural casing made from the large intestine of the sheep. Smaller than beef bung, it suits traditional cured sausages and smallgoods where a tighter casing is needed. Perfect for homemade salami, saucisson, and other dry-cured specialties.

Also available in 24mm mutton casing and  32mm hog casing.
